Anderson Wipers stands behind every wiper blade we sell. If your new blades don't meet your expectations — whether it's a fitment issue, a streak problem, or anything else — our hassle-free return process makes it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any Wiper Blades for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the wiper blade must be uninstalled, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation email or packing slip. Because wiper blades are a safety component, we cannot accept returns on blades that show signs of installation or use — unless they arrived defective.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
Every wiper blade we sell is precision-matched to your vehicle's year, make, and model using our verified compatibility database. If the blade you receive does not fit your windshield wiper arm as described, we will cover return shipping at our expense and send you the correct size — or issue a full refund. No receipts to dig up, no hoops to jump through.
Bundle Returns
Purchased a Front Bundle or Full Set Bundle? You may return the entire bundle for a full refund, or return individual blades from the bundle. If you return only part of a bundle, your refund will be recalculated at the individual blade price rather than the discounted bundle rate.
How to Initiate a Return
- Reach out to our team via the contact page or call us at +1 (423) 892-4137. Have your order number and the vehicle make/model handy so we can pull up your order quickly.
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and email you a prepaid return label if the return qualifies under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
- Place the wiper blade back in its original slim-line packaging. Blades ship flat and lightweight, so a standard padded mailer or the original shipping envelope works perfectly.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once your returned wiper blade arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Credit/debit card: Expect the refund on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refund credited to your PayPal balance within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective blade, incorrect size, or our error in fulfillment.
Exchanges — Wrong Size or Wrong Vehicle?
Selected the wrong vehicle in our fitment tool, or need to swap from a driver-side blade to a passenger-side? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send the correct wiper blade as soon as we confirm availability — and if there's a price difference between blade positions, we'll charge or refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Blades
Wiper blades are packaged in protective slim-line cases designed to prevent bending and cracking during transit. If your blade arrives with a bent frame, torn rubber element, or damaged connector clip, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect (e.g., cracked rubber edge, bent spine, missing adapter clip)
- Photos showing the damage — a close-up of the affected area plus a full-length shot of the blade
We will ship a free replacement blade immediately or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.
Installed Blades — What's Covered
Once a wiper blade has been installed on your vehicle, it cannot be returned for a standard refund. However, if an installed blade fails prematurely — streaking, chattering, or lifting from the windshield within the first 90 days — contact us. Our 12-Month Warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we'll work with you to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since you received our refund confirmation email and the funds haven't appeared, check with your bank or card issuer first — some institutions have longer processing windows. If the refund still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll trace the transaction.
